Practice Setting: Outpatient, Inpatient

The designated work schedule will be Monday thru Friday, 8:00 a.m. 4:30 pm with on call coverage which includes 2-3 Saturdays/Sundays per month (4 hours per day spent in house completing rounds and new consults on inpatient units which include ICU, PCU, and 4 east).Telephonic call during weekday, non-administrative hours is also required. Requirements:

Any Active State or IMLC License accepted.

Board Certification: Eligible or Certified

Current DEA certificate
