Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in Medical Laboratory Science or a related field

ASCP or equivalent national certification required

Pennsylvania Clinical Laboratory Supervisor license (or eligibility)

At least 5 years of clinical lab experience, with supervisory/management experience

Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
