Requirements:

Developing, maintaining, and communicating project financial reports including estimate to complete (ETC / EAC) and project financials (profit / loss / margins)

Assist in the allocation and management of project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials

Maintain and organize project documentation (contracts, reports, correspondence, etc)

Track project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure adherence to project plans. Report on project progress as needed to project team and internal and external stakeholders

Serve as a point of contact for project team members, stakeholders, and clients to ensure clear, concise, and timely communication

Schedule and coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, document meeting outcomes

Maintain job cost systems

Create and update workflows

Project Invoicing and Accounts Payable (in conjunction with Finance)

Maintaining billing and invoicing manifests

Coordinate completion of project setup and close out

Support Finance in monthly close out process.

Support Revenue Recognition and forecasting processes.

Prepare and provide documentation to internal teams and key stakeholders

Retrieve necessary information (e.g. Contractor or Owner furnished documentation or reporting templates)

Support commercial adherence to project contract and terms and conditions, as they relate to billing project accounting, logistics, and schedule

Ensure compliance to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to project management

Other Duties as assigned

Experience/Knowledge:

Bachelor’s degree in project management, Business Administration, or related field

Previous experience as a Project Administrator, Project Coordinator, or similar role

Knowledge of project management software (e.g. Primavera or Microsoft Project)

PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus

Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong organizational and time management skills

Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills

Ability to work in a diverse, fast-paced environment on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting required goals and deadlines

Ability to travel as required
