401K Plan with up to 3% company match Pikemann is searching for looking for an experienced VoIP Network Engineer who will be responsible for the engineering and maintenance of VOIP solutions for the National IT Infrastructure. The ideal candidate for this position has strong computing skills and is a problem solver who can resolve complex issues!

Responsibilities:

Manages FreePBX/Asterik/Microsoft Teams' VOIP infrastructure

QoS and network monitoring solutions

VOIP/network troubleshooting

Changes in the network environment are managed.

Monitors network hardware and software faults that affect routing, switching, voice service providers, and network device maintenance. Education & Experience:

A Bachelor of Science in Engineering or a comparable field is necessary.

3-5 years of experience as a VoIP Engineer with Network Operations expertise is required.

Knowledge of network infrastructure and network hardware
