A career in Integrated Secretary Team (IST), within Internal Firm Services, will provide you with the opportunity to help PwC in several aspects of our Finance internal function including financial planning and reporting, data analysis, and assisting leadership with overall strategy. You’ll focus on analysing financial transactions, paying and receiving invoices, preparing financial management reports and preparing analysis and reconciliations of bills and several secretarial matters such as arranging meetings, preparing documents and other business secretarial duties.
Facilitating timely preparation of bills and follow-up on billing collections;
Maintaining timely billing schedule
Maintaining contract status schedule
Facilitating improvement of NIDO
Assisting manager in financial administration activities (i.e creating project codes, job termination)
Preparing financial management reports (i.e outstanding unbilled, outstanding receivables, outstanding tax slips)
Arranging meetings and business travel
Formatting and arranging delivery of documents
Preparing and submitting reimbursement/claim documents
Completing and submitting timesheets including arranging time transfer journal
Updating tax proxy database
Checking opportunity in Salesforce for various campaign/events/publication
Other administrative works to support client service staffs
