Must live in Baltimore, MD, or surrounding areas. 3 months of tractor-trailer experience is required. NO SAP driver or recent grads.

Average Weekly Pay: $1,725+ (Based on 1,500 miles & 3 loads)

Top Earners Make: Up to $2,200/week

$1,000 Sign-On Bonus

$500 after first load

$500 after 30 days ( must be active and seated to qualify )

Unload Pay: $250 per trailer

Backhaul Pay: $35

Weekly Incentive: $125 for completing 3 unloads per week

Ride-Along Pay (Training Week): $150/day (up to 5 days)

SCHEDULE & HOME TIME

Home Weekly for a 34-hour reset

Routes include nights, weekends & holidays as they fall in your schedule

Minimum of 3 loads per week

Runs include 1–6 stops per trailer across a 700-mile radius of Front Royal, VA

Freight Type: 100% touch freight with live unloads at Family Dollar stores

Delivery Region: VA, NC, DC, PA, NJ, OH, and WV

Customer Interaction: Professionalism and patience required

Hard Backing Required – must be experienced in tight maneuvering

TRAINING & ONBOARDING

1 Week Ride-Along Training with a current driver

Paid Shadow Runs: $150 per day

Must arrive with 2 weeks' worth of supplies

Assigned to a tractor AFTER training completion

RESTRICTIONS:

Applicants currently or recently (within 6 months) working for the following carriers must have worked for another carrier since:
