IAM ServiceNow Operations Developer

Role Description:

1. Provide guidance to the IAM Operations and Production support team on the ServiceNow issues that are escalated.

2. Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions on the new functionalities implemented in ServiceNow.

3. Production defect fixes by updating the codes in lower environments and promoting the code to production after validations.

4. Collaborate with other IAM teams for validation of new and existing functionalities as needed.

Essential Skills:

1. Develop Service catalogs, order guides, Record Producer, flow designer and workflow editor.

2. Develop and Support Service portal widgets and User Interface modifications .

3. JavaScript, XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, Angular, Jelly, jQuery development.

4. Creation of Email Scripts, User Interface Client scripts, User Interface Policies, Script Includes, User Interface macros, User Interface Actions, etc.

5. Work on the new enhancements to IAM Service Catalogs as requested through JIRA stories.

6. Create new forms as per the business requirements in an agile environment.

7. Set up integration with tools like ACAT and IGA to collect and provide the data from ServiceNow.

8. Work on different types of integrations (REST API) etc. for data extraction and data provision.

9. Orchestrate using PowerShell and other languages as needed.

10. Test management within team and with stakeholders.

11. Define Service level agreements and notifications.

Desirable Skills:

1. Monthly status reporting in a format as required by MUFG.

2. Final report documenting turnover instructions to be provided to MUFG.

3. Create knowledge documents and SOP's as applicable for the new functionalities implemented in ServiceNow.
