Work year round, residential, and small commercial masonry jobs in Columbus, Ohio.
PRIMARY PURPOSE:
The Masonry Foreman supervises a crew of skilled employees to successfully complete assigned residential and small commercial masonry projects efficiently and safely.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Promote and enforce a strong safety culture on the job site.
Supervise, train, and organize a crew of skilled workers.
Prioritize tasks and monitor work quality.
Read and follow project plans, material lists, and guidelines.
Conduct regular tailgate safety meetings and enforce all safety policies.
Work alongside the crew to install masonry.
Operate construction lifts and equipment as needed.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety requirements.
Submits crew member time sheets into payroll by deadline.
Perform additional duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS:
Proven masonry experience required.
Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.
Ability to perform physical labor in various weather conditions.

Potential Compensation:
Starting Pay: $34 per hour
