What You'll Do:

Lead & Facilitate: You'll be the voice that drives our daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demos, and retrospectives. Your guidance will keep us on track and moving forward!

Empower Teams: Help our team embrace Agile principles, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement. You'll be the key to unlocking their potential!

Collaborate with Leaders: Work closely with the Product Owner and Manager to prioritize the product backlog, ensuring we stay aligned with both customer needs and project goals.

Drive Communication: You'll be the go-to for ensuring clarity and organization in all team objectives, helping us stay focused on what matters most.

Solve Problems: Remove roadblocks that hinder the team's progress and escalate challenges to the right channels to keep things moving.

Track & Report: Monitor the team's progress, celebrate wins, and share our success with stakeholders and management!
