Hospice Clinical Educator Opportunity Description

Our client is a well-established provider of Hospice and Home Health servicesThey have a current opening for a Hospice Clinical Educator for their hospice program in the New City, NY area. A Registered Nurse with Hospice leadership experience is required. Home Health experience would also be considered. Relocation candidates are welcome to apply!

Hospice Clinical Educator Job Requirements

Medicare-certified hospice leadership experience.

Knowledge of all Hospice rules and regulations.

Bachelor's degree required.

Certified Hospice and Palliative Care (CHPN) strongly preferred.

Hospice Clinical Educator Job Responsibilities

Supervision of field staff.

Ensure clinical quality and compliance.

Educate and train new clinicians and aides.
