Contact Center Engineer (NICE CX1)

100% Remote

Duration: 6-12 months

Overview: Our client is seeking a Contact Center Engineer with expertise in NICE CX1 to facilitate the migration of Avaya Contact Centers and the setup of new contact centers over the next year. This role requires a proactive individual with strong technical skills and a background in healthcare operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and build new NICE CX1 contact centers, ensuring all requirements are met.

Provide ongoing support and maintenance for current and newly established NICE CX1 contact centers.

Collaborate closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless integration and operation.

Utilize ServiceNow for efficient ticketing and workflow management.

Maintain strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to facilitate effective interactions with stakeholders.

Comfortably participate in all internal and external meetings via video conferencing.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with NICE CX1, including recent implementations.

At least 2 years of experience in a healthcare environment, understanding operational nuances and compliance requirements.

Proficiency in ServiceNow for ticketing and workflow management.

Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on delivering high-quality support.

Ability to communicate effectively in written and spoken formats.

Comfortable with regular participation in video conferences for internal and external meetings.
