Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Construction professional specializing in HVAC, Plumbing, and Process Piping. The ideal candidate will play a key role in the successful execution of construction projects, ensuring that mechanical systems are designed and installed efficiently and according to industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage HVAC, plumbing, and process piping installation projects from concept to completion.
Collaborate with engineering teams to review and interpret mechanical designs and specifications.
Ensure compliance with local codes and safety regulations during all phases of construction.
Utilize Revit for creating detailed construction drawings and models.
Use Bluebeam to review and annotate project documents and plans.
Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and completion of tasks.
Maintain accurate project documentation in Procore and ensure effective communication with project stakeholders.
Conduct site inspections to ensure quality standards are met and troubleshoot any issues that arise.Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical construction, specifically in HVAC, plumbing, and process piping.
Proficient in Revit, Bluebeam, and Procore software applications.
Strong knowledge of construction codes, standards, and safety regulations.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.
