POSITION SUMMARY

The Residency/Fellowship Program Director (PD) position is designed to improve education, mentoring, clinical services, patient outcomes, and value-based healthcare. The PD will collaborate with the Associate Director for Education and Professional Development, organizational leaders, academic partners, and accreditation bodies to support the development of participants based on programmatic goals; ensure accreditation standards are met, and adherence to financial resources. The PD will be responsible for quality assurance of all aspect of the program with particular focus on advancing participant development and faculty support.

Minimum Qualifications

The Rehab Team Leader must hold current licensure with the State of Ohio Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy and Athletic Training Board. Advanced certification or credentialing in Chronic Pain Therapy preferred. Current American Heart Association BLS certification required.

Maintains professional licensure; demonstrates commitment to continuing education; meets mandatory education and health requirements; demonstrates competence in technical, interpersonal, and cognitive skills required to meet essential job functions. Maintain current American Heart Association BLS certification.
