Microsoft Technician / Network Service & Support
A minimum of 2 years Microsoft technology specific work experience is required. The candidate will be responsible for the timely completion of computer network service and support issues. This position will require daily local travel and requires a self-directed individual with a car. Excellent computer network troubleshooting skills are a must.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Remediation of initial support calls from various clients
Escalate service calls to the appropriate department or individual when necessary
Configure and install network devices and services including RMM tools
Perform network maintenance and system upgrades as required
Willing to closely work with and maintain system documentation and change control policies
Communicate clearly with vendors, co-workers, and clients for issue resolution
Willing to participate in a rotational on-call team support schedule
The ability to lift between 25 - 45 Lbs.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience working with current Microsoft Windows Operating Systems
Experience with Routers/Firewalls/Switches, TCP/IP, DNS and VPN
Knowledge of Active Directory
Hands on experience with Microsoft 365 setup and migrations

VoIP Unified Communications Experience
