Job Description

We are looking for Millwright foreman that can lead a team of 3-4 employees. We are looking for a foreman that can lead a project, manage on site employees, communicate site needs with office, communicate with customer, and plan the job out. You will need to be able to think outside the box and be a problem solver. Knowledge of Wastewater and Water treatment preferred. The candidate must have knowledge of changing out bearings, shafts, motors, gear boxes, pump setting, sprockets, ect. Some piping knowledge preferred. We are a Union Industrial Contractor that is servicing Central Indiana with many areas of expertise. We perform work in the in Wastewater and Water Treatment, Foundry processes, and all manufacturing divisions. We also perform the following services steel fabricate, steel erection, process piping, plumbing, equipment removal and install, concrete install and repairs, mechanical systems, conveyors, and backflow prevention installation and testing.
