Job Title: Construction Superintendent

Compensation: $90,000 - $125,000 per year

Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Construction Superintendent to oversee our commercial and residential construction projects. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with excellent communication skills, capable of managing teams, interfacing with clients, and ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management: Oversee the daily operations of construction sites, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and safely.

Client Interaction: Engage with customers to understand their needs, present project proposals, and ensure satisfaction throughout the construction process.

Sales: Actively participate in selling jobs, presenting clear and compelling proposals to potential clients, and following up on leads.

Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate work of subcontractors and employees, providing guidance and resolving any issues that arise on-site.

Quality Control: Ensure all work meets company standards and complies with building codes and regulations.

Budget Management: Assist in the preparation of project budgets, track expenses, and ensure projects remain within financial parameters.

Scheduling: Develop and maintain project timelines and ensure timely completion of all phases of construction.

Safety Oversight: Enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all staff and subcontractors.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent in both commercial and residential construction.

Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with clients, employees, and subcontractors.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a detail-oriented approach.

Proficiency in construction management software and tools.

Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites as required.
