Lead business requirements gathering across global Talent Acquisition and People Technology teams.

Build and maintain detailed process documentation and workflows for current and future recruiting activities (e.g., intake, posting, screening, offers).

Translate business needs into actionable, scalable configurations within Workday Recruiting.

Coordinate across HR, People Technology, and Internal Communications to manage change enablement, including stakeholder readiness, training logistics, and communication plans.

Use Smartsheet and JIRA to build and manage workplans, track deliverables, and report on progress and risk.

Develop and deliver high-impact presentations and executive updates that drive alignment, transparency, and action.

Maintain up-to-date documentation of system requirements, design decisions, and status across key audiences.

Requirements:

Required Skills & Qualifications

5+ years of experience in product management, HR technology, or enterprise systems implementation.

Demonstrated experience with Workday Recruiting, including process optimization and configuration coordination.

Proficiency in Smartsheet and JIRA for task tracking, documentation, and cross-functional execution.

Proven ability to design and manage complex business processes and systems integrations.

Strong ability to communicate effectively across stakeholder levels, including confident presentation and storytelling skills.

Skilled in workflow design tools (e.g., Lucidchart, Miro, Visio).

Excellent cross-functional partnership skills and stakeholder management.

Experience leading enterprise change management or digital transformation efforts.
