Subcontracting Manager

Oversees the execution of sub-contractor agreements and ensures adherence to the project timeline, quality standards, and budget

Monitors sub-contractor performance, including progress reports, quality of work, and compliance with contractual obligations

Implements effective cost control measures, identifies and manages any contract variations or claims

Maintains strong communication channels with sub-contractors and internal teams to ensure alignment with project goals

Manages risk, ensures compliance with legal, safety, and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle

Reports to Project service manager on day-to-day operational works

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in managing sub-contractors in large-scale construction, engineering, or EPC projects. Similar experiences can be considered

Proven track record in managing sub-contracts for projects, vendor, suppliers

Strong knowledge of contract management, procurement processes, and cost control

Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely and quality project delivery
