FILE CLERK
Onsite role in Columbus, OH 43219
Pay Rate: $22-23 per hour W2
Duration: temp to perm role; 9 months
Schedule: M-F, 40 hours per week 8:30-5:30
Manage client expectations regarding timelines and deliverables. Review and fulfill document requests, ensuring compliance with regulations
Handle customer inquiries by providing accurate information on products and services
Maintain high standards of accuracy and adherence to Standard Operating Procedures
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to facilitate smooth transactions
Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, Communications, Marketing, or related field
Excellent communication skills, data entry, comfortable with Microsoft Office
