Job Description

Infinity Staffing Solutions is searching for a Customer Service Manager to join our team in Indianapolis! Applicants must have Accounts Payable and Customer Service Representative experience.

Pay Rate: $23 - $26 per hour

Schedule/Shift: 1st shift (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM), Monday through Friday

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Audit and process carrier invoices

· Contact carriers and factoring companies for paperwork

· Research and resolve carrier invoice discrepancies

· Answer calls and emails from carriers and factoring companies about payment status

· Reconcile unpaid carrier invoices

· Review and develop company compliance policies and procedures to mitigate risks for the company

· Regularly audit company processes to identify possible weaknesses or risks

· Create and manage effective plans in response to audit discoveries and compliance violations

· Receive, process, and manage cargo claims promptly as possible

o Subrogate carriers for payment

o Involve legal, when necessary, with executive approval

o Inform executives of pending liabilities

o Communicate with cargo insurance companies and customers about claim status

· Other duties and projects as needed
