Job Description

Direct Hire Welding Technician Openings with Local Manufacturer!

Key Responsibilities:

Perform welding using MIG, TIG, Stick, and Flux-Cored Arc Welding techniques.

Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings

Prepare materials for welding by cutting, grinding, and cleaning surfaces.

Maintain and repair welding tools and equipment as needed.

Document work performed, including materials used and time taken.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical school certification preferred.

2+ years of welding experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.

Proficient in multiple welding techniques and familiar with welding codes and standards (e.g., AWS, ASME).

Ability to read technical drawings and schematics.
