Job Description

Topre America, a leader in automotive manufacturing, is seeking an experienced CDL Shuttle Driver Supervisor to manage our logistics team and transportation operations at our Smyrna, TN facility.

Job Responsibilities

Supervise CDL Shuttle Drivers, Forklift Drivers, and Team Leads across three shifts

Coordinate daily shipments, including finished goods, service parts, and trial parts

Communicate with customers and internal departments to ensure timely delivery

Schedule and manage maintenance for trucks and trailers

Develop and implement driver procedures and safety protocols

Provide training and support to new and current CDL drivers

Serve as a backup driver when needed

Be available to respond to urgent logistics or associate issues 24/7

Qualifications

Required:

CDL Class A License

1–2 years of experience managing CDL drivers or leading a logistics team

Strong organizational and communication skills

Attention to detail and basic computer skills

Preferred:

3+ years of logistics or transportation management

Experience with truck maintenance scheduling and DOT compliance

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required
