Spreader

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Sample Garment Production Specialist. In this role, you will support the R&D department by efficiently producing sample garments while maintaining high-quality standards and meeting deadlines.

Spreader Shift/Hours

2nd Shift: 3 pm - 11pm

Spreader Responsibilities:

Manufacture samples based on deadlines set by the R&D team.

Follow established processes and maintain quality standards in sample production.

Provide feedback on work instructions and suggest process improvements.

Collaborate with R&D and manufacturing teams to resolve issues and ensure high-quality results.

Assist with launching new products into production and train teams on new items.

Ensure equipment is in good working condition and recommend improvements as needed.

Spreader Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED preferred.

1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.

Forklift Experience

Strong problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills.

Willingness to learn and contribute to process improvements.

Spreader Physical Requirements:

Ability to sit or stand for long periods and walk frequently.
