```Duties```
- Diagnose and repair mobile phones and other electronic devices, including both hardware and software issues
- Perform software troubleshooting and operating system updates on various mobile devices
- Analyze and resolve technical problems related to mobile phones and other electronic devices
- Provide field service support for customers, including on-site repairs and technical assistance
- Assist customers with retail sales of mobile phones and accessories
- Follow schematics and technical manuals to perform repairs and replacements
- Utilize hand tools and specialized equipment to disassemble, assemble, and test mobile phones
```Experience```
- Previous experience working as a mobile phone technician or in a related field is preferred
- Proficient in iOS and Android operating systems
- Strong knowledge of mobile devices, including smartphones and tablets
- Ability to analyze and diagnose hardware and software issues
- Experience providing technical support or customer service in a retail environment is a plus
