Fedex Delivery Driver

Job Description

Delivery packages to various residential and commercial locations as well as picking up packages from businesses and residence.

Route management: following assigned delivery routes, optimizing delivery times and ensuring a timely arrivals at destination.

Vehicle handling; loading unloading, expecting operating the delivery, vehicle safely and efficiently.

Customer interactions: interacting with customers in a professional and curious manner, addressing questions and collecting signatures.

Vehicle maintenance cold performing routine, vehicle inspection and maintaining the clean of the vehicle.

Safety: following all safety guidelines and regulation include those related to driving and package handling.

Additional Skills and Requirements

Safe driving: possessing a valid drivers license and a clean, driving record.

Communication: strong communication skills, including the ability to interact effectively with customers and team members.

Physical stamina: ability to live and handle packages are very sizes and weight.

Time management ability to manage time efficiently and meet delivery deadlines.

Problem-solving: ability to address unexpected issues and make adjustments to the delivery route is needed.

Technology proficiency: familiarity with GPS navigation and other delivery related technology
