Project Manager - Installation Services

Job Description

We are seeking a full-time Project Manager to oversee the successful execution of commercial projects. This role requires a proactive leader who can manage field operations, coordinate with installation teams, and serve as the primary point of contact for customers and contractors. This position includes frequent travel and overnight stays.

Primary Responsibilities

* Serve as the primary project liaison between customers, installation crews, and the company.

* Review construction documents and coordinate manpower and resources for each job site.

* Manage project timelines, budgets, and quality assurance to ensure timely and accurate completion of installations.

* Coordinate with general contractors, architects, and other trades on commercial job sites.

* Ensure safety compliance and adherence to company and industry standards.

* Conduct site visits, inspections, and progress reports throughout project duration.

* Complete and maintain accurate project documentation including daily reports, schedules, and site photos.

* Oversee job site cleanup and post-installation customer satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications

* Proven experience in commercial construction or installation project management.

* Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

* Ability to read and interpret shop and fabrication drawings.

* High attention to detail and quality assurance.

* Comfortable traveling for multiple days at a time.

* Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.
