We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized Service Advisor to join our team. Responsibilities:
*Greet customers and accurately document vehicle concerns
*Communicate clearly with technicians and relay recommendations to customers
*Provide estimates and explain repair options in a professional way
*Schedule appointments and manage repair timelines
*Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, repairs, and invoices
*Ensure a smooth and professional customer experience from drop-off to pick-up
Requirements:
*Previous experience as a service advisor or in a BMW environment
*Excellent communication and organizational skills
*Strong knowledge of automotive systems (BMW experience is a plus)
*Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
*Valid driver’s license and professional appearance
