Location: 100% Remote or Hybrid – 2 Days/Week in Walnut Creek, CA
Contract Duration: 4 Months - Contract to Hire

Job Description:
As a Salesforce Architect, you will lead the design and implementation of robust Salesforce solutions that meet the client’s business objectives while aligning with technical standards and architectural best practices. You will work closely with stakeholders, developers, and cross-functional teams to ensure optimal integration and performance across the Salesforce ecosystem.
Roles and Responsibilities:
· Solution Design: Lead the design of Salesforce solutions, ensuring they align with business requirements, performance and security standards, approved architecture designs, and best practices - 35%
· Technical Design: Develop detailed technical architectures, including system components, integrations, and data flows - 20%
· Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements - 15%
· Technology Selection: Research and recommend appropriate technologies, platforms and tools to build the solution - 10%
· Integration: Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and other systems, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation - 7%
· Customization: Oversee the customization of Salesforce applications, including custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and Apex code - 5%
· Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases and best practices, and continuously seek opportunities to improve our Salesforce environment - 5%
· Cost Estimation: Provide cost analysis and project planning for solution implementation - 3%
· Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce applications and integrations
· Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features, best practices, and industry trends
· Works closely with the developer team to ensure that projects are delivered correctly and on time
· Perform Impact analysis in all aspects of the Salesforce domain
Must Haves:
· Salesforce Certified Technical Architect and/or Certified System Architect
· Deep knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service, Marketing Cloud, CPQ, Experience Cloud, Omni Studio
· Extensive hands-on experience with Salesforce architecture and implementation
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
· Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce applications and integrations
· Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features, best practices, and industry trends.
· Works closely with the developer team to ensure that projects are delivered correctly and on time.
· Perform Impact analysis in all aspects of the Salesforce domain
· Create Technical Design, system architecture, operation readiness documents, and gain approval from the Architecture Review Board.
· Demonstrate experience with writing SQL queries and ad hoc reporting.
· Experience with Lightning, Apex, VisualForce, SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce APIs, SOAP/REST web services, and Javascript
· Strong understanding of data structures and data modeling
· Able to troubleshoot with debugging skills
· Knowledge of Salesforce API’s on how to integrate with 3rd party tools and limitations.
· Understanding of Release Management process and CI/CD pipeline (i.e. Github, Copado, etc.)
· Excellent communication and people management skills
· Strong quantitative and conceptual abilities
· Ability to perform multiple assignments under pressure and consistently meet deadlines
· Strong analytical, problem solving, and organizational abilities to effectively communicate with people at all levels
· Excellent relationship building and interpersonal skills

· Salesforce Certified Technical Architect/System Architect
· 10+ years hands-on Salesforce architecture experience
· Proven track record of designing enterprise-level Salesforce solutions
