Production Manager/Forman for offset and digital print shop

Job Description

We are seeking a Production Manager/Forman for our Offset and Digital Print Shop. You will oversee the activities of a team of production workers and also operate the equipment on a daily basis

Responsibilities:

Coordinate the daily activities of the production team

Place orders for stock and materials needed for your department

Operate presses and bindery equipment daily to help get jobs completed

Work with graphics department to be sure artwork is received efficiently

Adhere to all safety policies and procedures

Qualifications:

5+ years of production management experience in an offset and digital print shop

Knowledge of production equipment and paper

Strong leadership qualities

Excellent written and verbal communication skillsCompany Description
