We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Clerk to support our Accounting team. This position is responsible for accurately entering financial data, maintaining records, and assisting with basic clerical tasks to ensure the department runs smoothly.
Responsibilities:
Enter invoices, receipts, and other financial data into accounting systems
Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
Assist with account reconciliations and basic reporting
Perform routine administrative support tasks as needed
Requirements:
1+ year of data entry or clerical experience (preferably in accounting or finance)
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic office software
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Basic understanding of financial documents
