CNC Programmer – 1st Shift (Lathe/Swiss)

East Cleveland Area, OH

Full-Time 1st Shift

Pay: Up to $40/hour (Based on Experience)

Key Responsibilities:

Write, edit, and optimize CNC programs using G&M code or CAM software such as Mastercam, Esprit, or Partmaker.

Set up and program CNC Lathe or Swiss-style machines to produce high-precision components.

Interpret complex blueprints and apply Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) accurately.

Collaborate with machinists and engineers to ensure efficient, quality-driven production.

Troubleshoot and revise programs to improve quality and cycle time.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in CNC programming for Lathe and/or Swiss turning machines.

Proficient with CAM software (Mastercam, Esprit, or Partmaker preferred).

Strong understanding of GD&T and blueprint reading.

Experience in valve manufacturing, precision fitting, or automotive machining is a significant plus.

Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality and efficiency.
