What You'll Do

As the site’s senior leader, you'll oversee the strategic, operational, and financial performance of a major workforce development program. Key responsibilities include:

Lead the development and execution of strategic plans, aligned with organizational and funding agency goals

Manage budgets, analyze performance metrics, and implement process improvements

Mentor and lead a high-performing management team and drive a culture of accountability

Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and local workforce regulations

Build strong relationships with community partners, industry leaders, and government agencies

Champion a customer-focused culture rooted in service excellence and equity

What You Bring

Deep expertise in workforce development, economic development, or a closely related field

5+ years in a leadership role overseeing large-scale or multi-site operations

Strong business acumen: budgeting, strategic planning, and performance analysis

Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills

Knowledge of labor market trends and regulatory environments

Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus

Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree highly preferred
