Key Responsibilities
Graphic Design & Visual Content
● Design marketing collateral including flyers, proposals, newsletters, and social media
graphics
● Develop high-quality graphics using Adobe InDesign, Canva and Photoshop
● Create visual assets for presentations, campaigns, and internal communications
● Support branding initiatives and maintain consistency across materials
Social Media & Digital Content Management
● Manage and execute content across all platforms: Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook,
YouTube, X (Twitter), and TikTok
● Develop and maintain a social media content calendar
● Write compelling and strategic copy for posts, campaigns, and digital updates
● Monitor analytics and adjust strategies accordingly
● Coordinate photography and video content with internal media teams
● Design and distribute e-blasts and newsletters using Constant Contact
Writing & Public Relations
● Write and edit content for newsletters, media advisories, and press releases
● Support PR initiatives, including press conference planning and media engagement
● Build and maintain relationships with local media outlets
● Assist with run-of-show planning and logistics for public events
Media Support
● Create photography/videography plans for public events and campaigns
● Coordinate with external and internal media teams on content capture and delivery
Qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Communications, Marketing, or related field
preferred
● 2-5 years of direct work experience
● Experience in graphic design, social media management, or digital communications
● Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially InDesign and Photoshop
● Strong writing and editing skills with a creative voice and attention to detail
● Experience using Canva
● Excellent time management and multitasking skills
● A collaborative mindset and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
