What Our Clients Typically Need:

Month-end close support

AR and AP assistance

Clean, audit-ready books and accurate documentation

QuickBooks implementations

Fractional support (10 - 40 hours/week)

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience as a bookkeeper using QuickBooks

Strong understanding of GAAP and bookkeeping best practices

Excellent attention to detail and time management

Ability to work independently or with limited supervision

Effective communication skills
