Cable Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a Cable Technician to become an integral part of our team! You will assist in the design and installation of data cable systems as well as identify areas of improvement to increase efficiency.

Responsibilities:

Installation termination of data cable systems

Installation of data rack systems

Troubleshoot dial tone and cable

Service calls Investigate customer issues and design appropriate solutions

Assist programmers with installs

Order and maintain inventory stock supplies

Qualifications:

Previous experience in telecommunications or other related fields

Familiarity with telecommunications equipment

Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills

Strong attention to detail

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Will train the right candidate
