Job Summary: The Field Supervisor Pest Control position will oversee and manage pest control operations in the field. This role involves supervising pest control technicians, providing training and support, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.Shop duties and equipment maintenance are required. Additionally, experience in sales is essential, as the ability to promote and provide services to clients is a key part of this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily pest control activities and ensure quality service delivery.

Train and mentor pest control technicians, providing guidance on best practices and safety protocols.

Conduct field inspections and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Address and resolve customer issues, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Promote and identify services to clients, contributing to business growth.

Work Schedule: The position is full-time, with a schedule of 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM on weekdays, and availability to work every other weekend is required.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in pest control and a supervisory role.

Strong knowledge of pest control methods, safety protocols, and regulatory standards.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.

Licensing required

We are rapidly expanding in the Charlotte area and looking for an experienced pest control technician who wants to move into management with an eye for detail and integrity above all else.
