Responsibilities
Priorities can often change in a fast-paced environment like ours, so this role includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:
Executing field and office work, preparing surveying plans, ROW plans, stakeouts, easements, among others.
Prepare proposals, manage clients (internal and external) and continuously monitoring team performance and finance KPI.
Evaluation of equipment and coordination for maintenance and equipment acquisition.
Requirements
Essential Skills and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Surveying and Topography
5 or more years of experience in surveying
Professional Land Surveyor License
Surveyor with experience in transportation/highway construction projects in Puerto Rico.
Familiarized with the PRHTA requirements for surveying and for preparing land acquisition plans (per Design Directives).Company Description
