Warehouse Early A.M Shift Receiving/Stock Team Member

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Team member to become an integral part of our auto parts distribution team! You will help coordinate within a crew to tackle early a.m. warehouse activities to facilitate incoming items on the dock and distribute them throughout our facility for internal orders and local delivery routes for our fleet.

Familiarity in a high-volume warehouse with auto parts experience is a plus but any warehouse experience is translatable. Troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, order processing, and receiving/inventory skills will be essential to nightly workflow with your fellow associates.

Responsibilities:

Receive, pick, or process auto parts

Assemble, sticker, sort and transfer auto parts in facility

Unpack, verify, and record incoming merchandise or material systematically

Arrange appropriate transportation of products through internal scanning or tracking totes

Assist coworkers with receiving, receipt issues/troubleshooting, order picking and order building for specific customers

Occasionally help with stock keeping and putting items to stock if applicable

Perform other general warehouse duties as assigned

maintain a strong and accurate work ethic

Qualifications:

Previous experience in warehouse, receiving, shipping, logistics, pick/pack, or other related warehouse fields

Previous experience with warehouse software, WMS, ERP etc. (CDK or REYNOLDS a plus)

Ability to handle physical workload

Ability to multitask and prioritize

Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment

Strong organizational skills

Strong attention to detail

Strong attendance

bi-lingual helpful but not necessary

Warehouse RF scanning a plus

Warehouse computer system experience a must

Knowledge of receiving strongly preferred

order building, invoice processing familiarity

Ability to pay attention to detail, and learn

Scheduled start time is in the 3-5 a.m. range. (can be dialed in with supervisor)
