Responsibilities

Collaborate with key business partners to shape functional, legal and financial requirements for CPQ

Design, prototype, build, document, and maintain solutions for the Salesforce CPQ application

Performing hands-on technical design, solution architecture, prototyping, proof-of-concepts, and CPQ development tasks

Create and maintain detailed technical documentation based on design specifications as well as user-specific documents and support materials

Create and manage Price Rules, Product Rules, Discounting, Product Setup and Configuration, Product Options, Quote Templates, and Advanced Approval Rules with ability to design for complex business use cases

Own functional tasks and deliverables including: testing, training, reporting, support, and continuous improvement for the Salesforce CPQ application

Use and recommend best practices while delivering scalable high quality solutions

Keep up to date with the latest releases and capabilities of CPQ Experience & Qualifications

9+ years of experience implementing, configuring and administering SaaS business systems, with at least 4+ years of Salesforce CPQ experience

Passion for creating a frictionless end user experience

Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in problem-solving scenarios

Salesforce.com certifications required: Advanced Administrator and/or Salesforce CPQ Specialist; Dev 1 and Dev 2 are nice to have

Bachelor's degree in technology (Computer science, Software Engineering...) is a nice to have

Should have working knowledge of Salesforce Sales process using standard objects such as Leads, Opportunities, Accounts, Contacts etc.

Should have hands on experience in supporting CPQ applications such as Salesforce CPQ etc. on Salesforce.

Should have good understanding of Lead to Cash business process.

Should be proficient in writing SOQL queries.

Having working knowledge of Invoicing applications like Zuora on Salesforce will be an added advantage.

Must be proficient in debugging Apex code, Writing Apex Test Classes.

Should be strong in developing and debugging all types of Salesforce Flows.

Must know to debug integrations on Salesforce using REST/SOAP API tools such as Postman, SOAP UI etc.

Should knowing Create a Price Rule to Modify Pricing Guidance, product bundles, multiple order and integrations with other application from CPQ is necessary

Validation Rules, Flows, Async Apex debugging, Duplicate Management, Bulk Data Import/Export, Roles, Profiles, Permission Set, User records Management, SOQL, Lightning components Debugging, Javascript, Visualforce page debugging.
