Technical Scrum Master

15+ years of exp

Experience in Scrum Master role, handling complex cross-functional IT projects, preferred

Ability to work with geographically spread-out teams (with onsite/offshore model)

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Ability to bring together diverse team and align to common goals and project milestones

Strong skills in dependency management, change management, release planning & execution, ongoing issues/risks management

Attention to detail and thoroughness in planning, tracking, and management reporting

Drive quality control practices and agile metrics in development & QA activities within team ensuring alignment with corporate performance expectations

Good communication and presentation skills (work involves interactions with senior managers and directors from customer side - Business and IT)
