Back End Developer

Oxford Solutions has a Pittsburgh client seeking Back End Developer with expertise in Go (Golang) to join a small, collaborative development team focused on marketing data enhancement.

This role is full-time with a hybrid work schedule.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain backend services and APIs primarily in Go (Golang)

Leverage Amazon Web Services (AWS) to build scalable, cloud-based solutions

Work within a Linux CLI environment daily

Collaborate closely with front-end developers, data engineers, and marketing stakeholders to build and enhance tools that enrich marketing data

Help define and shape backend architecture for long-term growth

Write clean, testable, and well-documented code Requirements

Advanced proficiency in Go (Golang)

Deep knowledge of Linux systems and strong command line skills

Hands-on experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) (e.g., EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, etc.)

Proven ability to work in a small, agile team environment

Experience with APIs, backend frameworks, and distributed systems Preferred Qualifications

Experience in Python
