Tallon is recruiting for a senior level Microsoft 365 Developer to support M365 apps development including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI and more. This is a full-time position offering W2 salary and benefits. No 1099 or C2C is permitted. Prior experience supporting Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and DHS Suitability is preferred.

Role and responsibilities:

Work as part of a collaborative team supporting Enterprise M365 enhancements for multiple application development projects

Provide technical expertise across multiple project tasks

Evaluate application performance and recommend improvements and enhancements to optimize customer satisfaction

Provide expertise and continuously promote industry best practices contributing to project success

Provide domain knowledge and support critical decision-making impacting project implementation

Support on-site schedule in Washington DC Required qualifications and experience:

U.S. Citizenship (no dual citizenship)

Current DHS Suitability or eligibility to obtain secure access

Bachelor's degree in a related technical discipline

Additional years of related experience may be considered in lieu of a degree

8 years of related Microsoft Applications development

Expertise with MS Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)

Experience M365 application capabilities and creating custom business applications

Experience planning and leading major technology assignments

Demonstrated experience working closely with client stakeholders and meeting stated goals for project implementation

Experience supervising technical team members

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Availability to support on-site schedule
