Primary Responsibilities: Preparing food at a specific station in the kitchen, working alongside other line cooks to ensure timely production of high-quality dishes.
Execute dish preparation at assigned station according to Wild Eggs specifications
Setup and stock assigned station before service begins, checking ingredient quality, ensuring adequate supplies for anticipated volume.
Work cooperatively with other line cooks and kitchen staff to meet timing requirements and maintain the flow of service.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of your station throughout service, following health department regulations and company food safety procedures. Required Skills:
Minimum 1 year of line cook experience in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of kitchen equipment operation and maintenance
Understanding basic cooking methods and knife skills
Ability to read and execute recipes
Physical ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment Working Conditions:
Extended periods of standing, walking and repetitive motions
Exposure to heat, steam and kitchen equipment
