We are looking for experienced, energetic, and hospitality focused team members to join our team!
Job Responsibilities:
Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
Follow recipes and presentation specifications
Focus on correct food portioning, plating, and garnishes
Maintain a clean workspace, and adhere to all safety protocols to be health department ready
Follow all kitchen safety protocols including using a cut glove, slicer safety, safe lifting, etc.
Assist with cleaning and organizing the kitchen and all kitchen equipment
Helping to unload and organize food delivery orders
Setting your station up for success, and properly prepping prior to the rush
Communicating with your kitchen manager regarding par levels and needs.
Maintain a positive, professional teamwork approach with your fellow team members both HOH and FOH Job Requirements:
Must have an open availability including weekends and holidays
Minimum of 2 years cooking in a full-service restaurant
Strong multi-tasking ability, with the ability to work well under pressure
Positive and Professional Attitude
Must be at least 18 years old
Must present a Food Handlers card within 30 days of hire
Must be comfortable with repetitive movements such a slicing and dicing food items
Must be able to walk, stand, reach, lift, bend, kneel, stoop, and twist for 4-12 hours/day
Must be able to push, pull, or lift items weighing up to 50 pounds. Benefits include:
