Ontario Christian seeks an experienced and faithful Admissions Coordinator to provide administrative and clerical suport to the admissiond department. This role will assist with the admissions and enrollment processes, maintain accurate records, and communicate with and give tours to prospective families. Reporting to the Admissions Director, this role will ensure our faith-based mission, principles/beliefs are accurately communicated and upheld in the admissions process.
Requirements for this role are as follows.
Experience
2+ years working in a Admissions related role preferred. Other applicable administrative experience will be considered.
Experience working in a role that required effective communication of an organization's beliefs and values.
Prior experience working in a Christian school environment and/or a Protestant Christian church setting preferred.
Familiarity with FACTS or similar admissions management systems. Education
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, business administration or another related field preferred.
Related education in the Christian faith.
