Vaco Technology is currently seeking a Senior Cloud Engineer (AWS Connect) for a 6M C2H opportunity located in Addison, TX 75001 (onsite 4-days per week [M-TH]). The Senior Cloud Engineer (AWS Connect) will play a critical role in driving strategic organizational initiatives, leveraging cutting edge technologies to ultimately overall improve Customer Service Operations. The Senior Cloud Engineer (AWS Connect) will develop robust cloud-based Contact Center Solutions, resulting in enhanced customer satisfaction. The Senior Cloud Engineer (AWS Connect) will lead cross-functional teams in application modernization and optimization, implementing innovative solutions. The Senior Software Engineer (AWS Connect) will support the digital transformation efforts, utilizing AWS capabilities to streamline and standardize processes, delivering high-quality exceptional service outcomes.
Architect / Design / Develop AWS-based Contact Center Solutions – Ensuring Scalability / Security / Reliability
Integrate AWS Connect with Lambda / DynamoDB / API Gateway / S3 / SNS / SQS / AWS Services
Develop Custom Contact Flows / Real-Time Analytics / AI-Driven Automation to Enhance User Experience
Designing / Implementing Complex Contact Flows – Advanced Routing Logic / Speech Recognition / Text-to-Speech Utilizing LEX Bots / Polly, etc.
Lead a Team of Software Engineers – Providing Technical Guidance / Mentorship / Code Reviews
