The Opportunity

Description

We're looking for a Professional Data Entry Operator, working in Banking/Finance industry in Vernon Hills, Illinois, United States.

Performs all basic production equipment operation, ensures a steady workflow, achieves, and maintains production standards as required by the department, including performing minor equipment adjustments.

Reviews documents for accuracy/completeness, makes necessary adjustments and corrections or escalates per established procedures. Including conducting research to obtain information for incomplete documents and materials. May support inventory/material handling, reviews, and adjustments.

Manually prepares documents, materials and information for data entry including gathering, collating and preparation based on retention schedule and process overview.

Creates digital documents, capturing data into digital databases, and performing regular backups. While updating and maintaining databases, archives, and filing systems.

Completes operator/job logs and other documentation and/or provides Team Lead information to track job completion and produces reports/documentation to validate damaged pieces during production runs.May include data reports, spreadsheets, or other documentation.
