Salesforce Product Manager
Our client, a software product company in the asset management space, is seeking a Salesforce Product Manager. This is a permanent/direct hire position. The employee will work 4 days a week in the office ideally. Their office is located in Glen Allen/Richmond, VA.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and QA to define product requirements, specifications, and user stories.
Define the product roadmap, prioritize features and enhancements, and make data-driven decisions to drive product development.
Work closely with development teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of product releases.
Conduct user acceptance testing and gather feedback to iterate on the product and drive continuous improvement. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and effective sales enablement materials.
Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions to internal and external audiences. Required Skills/Certifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
Proven experience as a Product Manager in the software industry.
Strong understanding of data center operations and/or asset management would be ideal.
Excellent analytical and solution building skills, with the ability to translate complex technical requirements into user-friendly product features.
Demonstrated experience in developing and executing product strategies and roadmaps.
The ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and engage with stakeholders at all levels.
Track record of successfully launching and managing software products throughout the product lifecycle. Why consider this position?
