Position Highlights:
Location: Aurora, CO
Pay: $30-$33/hr
Schedule: 40-50 hrs/week
Weekly Per Diem: $550
Medical and insurance benefits available
40-hour bonus payout and paid holidays after 1 year
80-hour bonus payout after 2 years
120-hour bonus payout after 5 years
Bolt-up structural members per blueprints and supervisor guidance
Perform 3G and 4G welds
Rig and hoist steel using chains, cables, and cranes
Assemble beams, columns, joists, and decking
Install stairs, handrails, safety cables, and posts
Field fabricate and assemble structural steel parts
Add sealing strips, wiring, insulation, and other components as needed
Required Experience
Minimum 4 years of experience
Must pass fluxcore welding test
Follow all safety and PPE protocols
Use harness/lanyard for tie-off
Operate boom/scissor lifts
Position and guide steel members
