WHAT YOU WILL DO:

As a Supplier Quality Engineer, you will work closely with our clients and their suppliers to ensure product quality and compliance with industry standards. Your responsibilities include:

Conducting supplier audits, process validations, and quality assessments.

Leading root cause analysis and corrective action processes to resolve quality issues.

Managing APQP, PPAP, and other quality documentation to ensure supplier compliance.

Monitoring supplier performance using key quality metrics and driving improvements.

Collaborating with internal and external teams to ensure smooth product launches and production.

Ensuring suppliers meet industry standards and client-specific requirements. WHO YOU ARE:

You have 2-5 years of experience in supplier quality, manufacturing quality, or a related field.

You have a background in manufacturing and experience with quality systems.

You are familiar with quality tools and methodologies (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, 8D, etc.).

You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.

You can effectively communicate and collaborate with suppliers, engineers, and management.

Your English skills are solid, German and/or Spanish is a plus.

You are willing to travel within the U.S. (Mon-Fri) based on project needs; flexibility required.
